Step 4: Allow inspection period for due diligence. Note: This is the time when we are given a copy of the key(s) from the property owner/property management to put in a lock-box in order to have easy access for my partner(s)/inspector to review/inspect the property. The only time someone has access to go inside the house is if they contact us first and are given the code to get in. This is done right after the contract has been signed by the property owner.

Step 5: Close with an attorney, if offer is accepted

Step 6: Receive Cash!!!!!
